A man who was arrested in connection with the death of a “loving” dad who was shot in his home has been released.
Jordan Gray suffered fatal firearm injuries at his home on Shields Court in Motherwell on December 14.
A 30-year-old man arrested in connection with the death on Thursday has been released pending further investigation, police have confirmed.
A 58-year-old man appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Thursday, charged with murder and possession of a firearm in a public place.
Robert Clark made no plea and was remanded in custody. He is due to appear in court again within eight days.
