An arrest has been made in connection with the death of a man at a block of flats in Glasgow.
Police were called to Elmvale Street in Springburn around 3.50pm on Tuesday following reports of a disturbance within a garden.
A man was taken by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where he died a short time later.
Formal identification is yet to take place and the death is being treated as suspicious.
Police have now confirmed a 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Detective inspector Stuart Grainger, of the Major Investigation Team, said: “Enquiries are at an early stage and we are appealing for anyone who witnessed the disturbance or who has any information which may be relevant to come forward.”
