iStockA man has been arrested and charged after three women were allegedly sexually assaulted inside a Glasgow supermarket.
The alleged incidents occurred in a Tesco store located in the city’s Springburn area.
Three women reported being attacked on Cobden Road at around 4.50pm on Monday.
Police Scotland said a 25-year-old was arrested and was due to appear in court on Tuesday.
A spokesperson said: “Around 4.50pm on Monday we were called to a report of three women sexually assaulted within shop premises on Cobden Road, Glasgow.
“Officers attended and a 25-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection. He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
“A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.”
