A man has been arrested after an alleged assault in Govan in Glasgow.
Police were called to Shaw Street on Wednesday at around 2.30pm, after receiving reports of an attack.
Emergency services took a man to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
His current condition is unknown.
Officers confirmed that a man had been arrested in connection with the incident as enquiries continue.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.30pm on Wednesday October 26, 2022, police were made aware a man had allegedly been assaulted in Shaw Street, Glasgow.
“Officers attended and a man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
“Officers have arrested a man and enquiries are ongoing.”
