A man has been taken to hospital and another has been arrested following a disturbance in Paisley.
At around 2.30pm on Thursday, police were called to reports of a disturbance on Broomlands Street.
Officers attended and a 54-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow by ambulance.
A man was arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.30pm on Thursday, May 4, 2023, we were called to reports of a disturbance on Broomlands Street, Paisley.
“Officers attended and a 54-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital by ambulance.
“A man has been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.”
