iStockA man has been arrested after another man was found dead at a property in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to the property in Lochend Path, Easterhouse, at around 5.05am on Sunday.
Officers confirmed a 52-year-old man was found dead at the scene.
A 48-year-old man was arrested in connection with an assault and later released.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.05am on Sunday, February 23, 2025, we were called to address in Lochend Path, Easterhouse following the sudden death of a 52-year-old man.
“The death is being treated as unexplained.
“A 48-year-old man was arrested in connection with assault and later released pending further enquiries. Enquiries are ongoing.”
