A man has appeared in court charged with murder after a dad was shot in his home in North Lanarkshire.
Jordan Gray suffered fatal firearm injuries at his home on Shields Court in Motherwell on December 14.
Robert Clark appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Thursday, charged with murder and possession of a firearm in a public place.
The 58-year-old made no plea and was remanded in custody.
He is due to appear in court again within eight days.
Police have also arrested a second man, aged 30, in connection with Jordan’s death after officers executed a warrant in Motherwell.
Investigations remain ongoing.
Jordan had been described by his family as a “loving and doting father and son.”
