iStockA man has been arrested after a teenager was sexually assaulted in Glasgow.
The 18-year-old woman was attacked near to Ashton Lane in the west end of the city on Saturday.
Police said a 30-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the incident and later released pending further enquiries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers received a report of the sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman which occurred on Saturday, April 16 near to Ashton Lane, Glasgow.
“A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and released pending further enquiries.
“Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
