A young male has been arrested in connection with a rape in Kelvingrove Park.
Police say enquiries are ongoing after a female youth was seriously sexually assaulted at around 5.15pm on Saturday, February 3 in the park in Glasgow’s West End.
Officers arrived on the scene on Sunday and a bridge was taped off.
A male youth has now been arrested in connection with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a serious sexual assault on a female youth in the Kelvingrove Park area of Glasgow around 5.15pm on Saturday, February 3, 2024.
“A male youth has been arrested in connection and enquiries are ongoing.”
