M9 closed in both directions at Stirling amid emergency incident

The M9 is closed at Stirling as emergency services respond to an incident.

Shortly after 11am on Saturday, Traffic Scotland said the motorway was shut in both directions following a collision.

The M9 is closed between Bannockburn (Junction 9) and the Craigforth Interchange (Junction 10).

Police Scotland said officers were on the scene following a report of a concern for person.

Drivers have been advised to avoid the area.
