Part of the M74 has been restricted following a rush-hour crash.

Traffic Scotland confirmed lanes one and two were restricted on the southbound carriageway at junction 3-3A on Wednesday.

Drivers have been warned to expect delays of around 25 minutes.

It has not been confirmed how many vehicles were involved in the collision.

Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
