A man was taken to hospital after being attacked by two men who forced their way into his home.
The attackers broke into the property on Meiklerig Crescent, Pollok, around 3am on Tuesday.
Police believe a “bladed weapon” was used during the attack on the 25-year-old man.
The two men also smashed windows before making off. Both were described as wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident.
Detective constable Paul Hendry, of Govan Police Station, said: “Our enquiries into the incident are ongoing and I would urge anyone who may have seen or heard anything to get in touch.
“We would also be keen to speak to anyone who may have dashcam or private CCTV footage from around the time of the incident.
“If you can help then please call 101, quoting incident 0321 of March 30, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
