A subway station in Glasgow has been closed after a high number of Covid cases among staff members.
Kinning Park has not been accessible from around 4pm on Friday.
Glasgow Subway announced the news on Twitter.
SPT said “operational issues” brought about by a high number of coronavirus cases are to blame for the closure.
As well as positive cases, a number of staff members are also self-isolating.
A spokeswoman for SPT said: “Kinning Park is closed due to operational issues. We are currently short a number of staff due to high numbers of COVID cases and/or staff self-isolating.”
The nearest station to Kinning Park is Cessnock.
