A junior football match in Glasgow had to be abandoned at half-time as police were called following an incident.
Officers attended James McGrory Park on Royston Road after reports of a disturbance at around 2.50pm on Saturday.
St Roch’s FC were 1-0 up at the time during their pre-season match against Kilbirnie Ladeside.
The club has indicated that the match was abandoned as a precaution following a ‘fall out’ between some individuals who had attended the match.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.50pm on Saturday, July 10, police were called to a report of a disturbance at a football ground in Royston Road, Glasgow.
“Officers attended and the group had largely dispersed.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.”
