Google MapsAn investigation has been launched following the unexplained death of a man in Greenock.
Officers received a report a 60-year-old man had died on Nelson Street around 5.25pm on Tuesday, July 30.
Police said enquiries are ongoing with the death currently being treated as unexplained.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of the death of a 60-year-old man on Nelson Street, Greenock, around 5.25pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
“The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.
“A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
