The daughters of a man who was found stabbed to death in his flat in a double murder in Glasgow have paid tribute.
Paul Lafferty and Gary Beaton, aged 50 and 54, were found dead in a flat on Partick’s Chancellor Street around 4.40pm on Sunday.
Detectives have since launched a double murder enquiry, with an investigation ongoing.
It has been established that both men knew each other, and they were both stabbed to death within a flat owned by Paul.
Cerys Lafferty shared news of Mr Lafferty’s death on social media, paying tribute.
She wrote: “I will love and miss you every single day for the rest of my life.”
Jade Lafferty also paid tribute to her father. She wrote: “I’ll love you for life, lifetimes.”
A significant police presence remains in the area following the incident, as investigations remain ongoing, and a search for the weapon remains ongoing.
Superintendent Gary Brady encouraged those who may have information regarding the incident to come forward.
Those who may have seen the pair between Friday and the time they were found on Sunday are also asked to contact police.
