Google MapsPolice are appealing for witnesses after an attempted robbery in South Lanarkshire at the weekend.
Detectives said a man was in a property on Clarkwell Road in Hamilton at 11.10pm on Sunday when two men approached the front door before threatening him and demanding money.
Both men made off from the scene empty-handed in a dark-coloured car, police added.
“We would urge anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area on Sunday evening, or who may have private CCTV or dashcam footage of significance, to get in touch,” Police Scotland said.
