Hunt for two masked suspects after staff threatened and alcohol stolen from Clydebank storePolice Scotland

Police are searching for two masked men following a robbery at a store in Clydebank.

The incident took place at a premises on Yoker Mill Road around 9am on Saturday, September 19.

According to police, two men wearing masks entered the store, threatened staff and then stole several bottles of alcohol.

They made off on foot in the direction of Dalgarroch Avenue.

Police confirmed no one was injured and released a description of the suspects.

The first man was wearing a light green North Face jacket and matching shorts, and the second man was wearing a navy Berghaus hoodie and light grey trousers.

Detective Constable Jordan Moore said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we’re appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed men matching the above descriptions in the area, to please get in touch.

“We’d also ask anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage which could assist our enquiries to come forward.”
