Police are hunting for three men in connection with a serious assault that left a man badly injured in hospital.

The attack took place at Auldhouse Park, near Nether Auldhouse Road, in Glasgow on December 13, at around 7.30pm.

A 38-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where medical teams described his condition as serious at the time.

Officers said they have established that the three men were seen in the area at the time and one of them was riding an e-scooter.

All three are described as white and in their late teens to early twenties.

One is of slim build with dark hair. He was wearing a black puffer style jacket, a light coloured hooded top, light coloured jogging bottoms and black trainers.

The second man was wearing a black North Face jacket, a black hooded top with a Puma logo on its front, dark coloured bottoms and white trainers.

The final man has dark hair and was wearing a black puffer style jacket, blue trousers or jeans and white trainers.

Detective Constable George Hardie said: “We believe these men could assist us with our enquiries and ask them or anyone who may recognise them, or has information about this incident, to contact us.”
