Police have released CCTV images of two men in connection with the theft of medical equipment from a Glasgow hospital.

Officers said investigations are ongoing into the incident which occurred at around 6pm on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

Police are keen to speak to the men in the images as they believe they could hold information to assist with enquiries.

The first man is described as white, between 40 and 50 years old, with a slim build while the second man is white, between 35 and 45 years old, with a heavy build and was wearing black rimmed glasses.

Anyone who recognises the men in the images or who has any information regarding the incident is asked to contact Police Scotland, quoting incident number 2166 of November, 10 2023.

A spokesperson for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde said“We are assisting Police Scotland with their inquiries into a theft at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital on Wednesday, November 8.

“These inquiries are ongoing, and it would be inappropriate to comment further.”
