STV NewsA huge fire has been spotted near the Eurocentral industrial estate in North Lanarkshire.
The site, which is next to the M8 motorway, comprises of warehouse distribution centres, factories, call centres and a railfreight centre.
The Dakota luxury hotel is also located at the site alongside a number of office buildings.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said they were called to the scene at around 5:35 and the fire was extinguished shortly after.
