'Heavy' congestion on M8 at rush hour after crash

Drivers are being warned of “heavy” congestion on the M8 at rush hour after a crash.

Traffic Scotland said a collision at junction 25 heading west is causing long delays with the road restricted after 7.50am.

The eastbound contraflow lane running on the W/B carriageway is restricted, with roadworks having been in place on the M8 for weeks.

Drivers are being warned to expect delays with traffic heavy.
