A subway station has been closed after a “passenger-related incident”.
Glasgow Subway has confirmed that Bridge Street station has been closed to passengers and that services will not be stopping there.
Emergency services have been called to the station. The nature of the incident is not known.
Those looking to board the subway have been urged to use St Enoch station instead.
A post from Glasgow Subway read: “Apologies all, Bridge St station is currently closed and no trains are stopping at the station due to a passenger related incident.
“We are waiting on emergency services to attend. Nearest station is St Enoch. Apologies for the inconvenience.”
Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service have been contacted for comment.
