Bus services in Glasgow are facing disruption due to an ongoing building fire.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service mobilised three appliances after receiving reports of a blaze on Tollcross Road at around 2.30am on Tuesday.
The fire has been successfully extinguished and only one appliance remains in attendance.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue spokesperson said “We were called to reports of a building fire and three appliances were mobilised.
“We have one appliance currently in attendance, it has been scaled back and the fire extinguished.”
Due to the blaze, First Glasgow has said several of its services are facing disruption.
The travel company’s 61, 240, 255, and 263 services are being diverted du via TollCross Road, Braidfauld Street, London Road, and Helenvale Street.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “we received a report of a fire at a property on Tollcross Road, Glasgow, around 2.55am on Tuesday, 2 April, 2024.
“There were no reports of any injuries and no criminality has been established.”
