A car windscreen has been smashed in after a building reportedly collapsed in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to Hydepark Street, across from the former Daily Record offices, following reports of a building collapse on Wednesday.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service mobilised one appliance as a precautionary measure.
All persons were accounted for and no injuries were reported following the incident. Fire crews remain on the scene to ensure it is safe.
Images from the scene show debris strewn across a car which is parked close by. The vehicle’s windscreen appears to be smashed.
A spokesperson from Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said “Operations Control mobilised one appliance to Hydepark Street, Glasgow on a precautionary basis due to reports of a building collapse.
“All persons have been accounted for and there are no reported casualties. Crews remain in attendance to ensure the area remains safe.”
