Google MapsA recycling centre in Ayrshire has reopened following a fire.
Garlaff Recycling Centre on Skares Road, near Cumnock, was closed after the blaze broke out around 11.12am on Tuesday.
Four fire engines and specialist officers were sent to the scene at the height of the incident, which was affecting a waste storage unit.
Crews left the scene around 8pm after extinguishing the fire.
East Ayrshire Council confirmed that the centre has opened as normal on Wednesday morning.
