Full list of road closures across Glasgow ahead of Great Scottish Run 2025

Multiple roads are scheduled to be closed across Glasgow as the Great Scottish Run takes place in the city.

Races were scheduled to take place across the weekend, but high winds and heavy rain forced organisers to cancel the Junior and Mini races that were due to happen on Saturday.

It comes as the first named storm of the season is set to hit Scotland on Friday, with three Met Office warnings coming into force.

An amber warning for wind has been issued for parts of the country on Friday and Saturday alongside yellow warnings for rain and wind across both days.

Forecasters warned that heavy rain and gusts of up to 100mph could occur in the north-west of the country.

There are currently no warnings in place for Sunday when the Great Scottish 10k and Half Marathon are still set to take place.
