Hunt for men in navy tracksuits after four vehicles 'deliberately' set on fire

Four vehicles have been damaged after being “deliberately” set on fire in Glasgow.

Officers received reports of four vehicles on fire at Station Park on 12.30am on June 10.

Emergency services attended and police said the vehicles were found to be “extensively damaged”.

Following initial enquiries, police are now looking to trace two men who made off from the scene in a red coloured vehicle.

Police said both men were dressed in navy tracksuits, and one was slim and the other was of heavy build.

The force is urging anyone with information to come forward.

Constable Ross Gallacher said: “Extensive enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding this incident and we are appealing for any members of the public with information to come forward.

“We would be particularly keen to hear from anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage of the area in the early hours of Monday, June 10, who may have captured something of significance.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0106 of Monday, June 10, 2024. You can also speak to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
