Road users have been warned to expect 90 minute delays after four-vehicle crash on the M8.
The incident occurred at around 7.15am on Monday between Junction 5 and Junction 4A heading Eastbound.
Lane two has been blocked by the collision, however, traffic is able to pass the crash slowly in lane one.
A road sweeper has been sent to take part in the clean up operation.
A statement from Traffic Scotland said: “Lane two remains blocked Eastbound due to a four vehicle collision.
“Traffic can pass in lane one…albeit very slowly.
“Police are now on scene….a road sweeper is also en-route. Travel time currently is (Appx) 90 mins.”
