Four men have been arrested after a man was taken to hospital following a “disturbance” in Glasgow’s Southside on Thursday morning.
At around 10.15am, emergency services were called to an incident on East Campbell Street, and a 50-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital by ambulance.
His current condition is unknown.
Police have since confirmed that four men, aged 32, 43, 45, and 50, have been arrested in connection with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.15am on Thursday, August 25, 2022, officers were called to a report of a disturbance on East Campbell Street, Glasgow.
“A 50-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital by ambulance.
“Four men, aged 32, 43, 45, and 50, have been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.”
