A man has been charged with a road traffic offence following a four-car pile up on a busy Glasgow street.
Officers were called to reports of a crash on the city’s Pollokshaws Road at around 9pm on Thursday.
The Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) deployed four resources and one person was transported to hospital following the collision.
Police confirmed one driver has been charged in connection with road traffic offences following the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9pm on Thursday, September 8, police were called to a report of a road crash involving four cars on Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow.
“Officers attended to assist and one driver has been charged in connection with road traffic offences.”
An SAS spokesperson said: “We received a call at 8.53pm hours on Thursday to attend a road traffic collision on Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow.
“We dispatched four resources to the scene and transported one patient to hospital.”
