Four vehicle crash on M8 causes delays as emergency services rush to scene Google Maps

A collision involving four vehicles on the M8 is causing delays to drivers as emergency services responded.

Traffic Scotland confirmed a multi-vehicle collision caused lane two of the busy motorway to be restricted in an Eastbound direction.

Between junction 29 and 29A, traffic on approach is moving very slowly according to Traffic Scotland.

Police and the Trunk Road Incident Support Service are on the scene.

Drivers are being warned of delays of approximately 10 to 14 minutes.

Traffic Scotland said: “Motorists are advised to approach with caution and should allow for longer than normal journey times.”

Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
