A five-year-old girl was taken to hospital after being struck by a car in Greenock.
Emergency services were called around 5.30pm on Sunday to a report of a crash on East Crawford Street involving a car and a child.
The five-year-old girl was taken to hospital for treatment. Her condition is currently unknown.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.30pm on Sunday, June 28, we received a report of a crash on East Crawford Street in Greenock involving a car and a child.
“The child, a five-year-old girl, was taken to hospital for treatment.”
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
