Firefighters have been tackling an early morning blaze at a block of flats in Glasgow.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were alerted to the fire at the two-storey tenement on Comelypark Street around 2.30am on Monday.
Two appliances and a high rise vehicle rushed to the scene to contain the blaze, which burned for several hours.
By 10am, one appliance remained at the scene while firefighters worked to keep the area safe.
SFRS added no one was injured during the blaze.
An SFRS spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 2.30am on Monday, June 20 to reports of a dwelling fire affecting the first floor of a two-storey tenement on Comelypark Street, Glasgow.
“Operations Control mobilised two appliances and a high reach vehicle to the scene to extinguish the fire.
“There were no reported casualties.
“One appliance remains at the scene as firefighters work to make the area safe.”
