STV NewsThe family of missing man Lewis Goolan have been informed after a body was found in a wooded area in West Dunbartonshire.
The 28-year-old from Dumbarton was last seen on Stirling Road at around 4am on Saturday.
Police have now confirmed that a body was discovered in Milton, just off Dumbarton Road, at around 12.40pm on Sunday.
Formal identification has yet to take place but the family of Mr Gollan have been made aware.
A spokesperson for the force said: “There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
