The family of a missing man from Greenock say they are growing increasingly concerned for his safety after he went missing from a hospital.
Richard Mcphee has not been seen since Saturday night after disappeared from the area of Inverclyde Royal Hospital around 11.17pm.
The 40-year-old is described as white Scottish, slim build, 5ft 7in tall and short fair or blonde hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey ripped T-shirt, dark shorts and white trainers.
Mr Mcphee is known to frequent the Renfrew area and is believed to have travelled to the Renfrew area from Greenock
A spokesperson for Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Police said: “Police and family have growing concerns for Richard due to the passage of time since he was last seen.
“Anyone who may have seen Richard or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police via 101, quoting incident 0466 of October 23.”
