Enquiries ongoing to trace man last seen four days ago with links to Glasgow, Rutherglen and Cambuslang Police Scotland

An urgent search is under way to trace a missing man last seen four days ago.

Dylan Bodart was last spoken with at around 10pm on Tuesday, January 31.

The 24-year-old is known to frequent the Rutherglen, Cambuslang and Glasgow areas.

He is described as being white, 6ft tall with a slim build and short brown hair. 

At the time of his disappearance he is believed to be wearing a black hooded top, black jogging bottoms and speaks with a South African accent.

Sergeant Gary Mackie, from East Kilbride police station, said: “Officers have been carrying out significant enquiries since Dylan was reported missing but so far he has not been located. 

“We would like to appeal to anyone who may be able to provide any information regarding his whereabouts or potential sightings which could assist us in tracing him.

“I would also ask Dylan himself to get in contact with friends, family, support services or the police.

“Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 1181 of February 3, 2022.”
