An EasyJet flight from Glasgow was forced to return to the city after a crew member was injured during turbulence.
The Jersey-bound flight took off around 12pm on Sunday before returning just 40 minutes later.
STV News understands that the crew member was injured during turbulence shortly after takeoff when passengers were seated with their seat belts on.
The flight was met by medical crews on the ground at Glasgow.
A spokesperson for EasyJet said: “Flight EZY439 from Glasgow to Jersey on March 29 returned to Glasgow due to a cabin crew member requiring medical assistance.
“The flight landed normally in Glasgow and was met by medical services on the ground. Customers continued their journey to Jersey later that afternoon, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
“The safety and well-being of customers and crew is always EasyJet’s highest priority.”
