An easyJet flight bound for Glasgow requested priority landing at the airport on Wednesday morning following a medical incident.
Flight EZY416 from Southampton issued a squawk 7700 after a passenger onboard became unwell and required urgent assistance.
The plane was met by paramedics on the runway after landing in Glasgow.
An easyJet spokesperson said: “Flight EZY416 from Southampton to Glasgow this morning requested an expedited arrival into Glasgow due to a customer requiring urgent medical assistance, and the aircraft was met by paramedics.
“The safety and well-being of our customers and crew is always easyJet’s highest priority.”
