The sudden death of a man in North Ayrshire is being treated as “unexplained” by police.

The 35-year-old was found inside a property at Hunter Avenue in Ardrossan. 

The discovery was made at around 7.15am on Sunday morning. 

A spokesperson said: “Police were called around 7.15am on Sunday, 17 May, 2020, following the report of the sudden death of a 35-year-old man at a property in Hunter Avenue, Ardrossan.

“The death is currently being treated as unexplained but not thought to be suspicious.

“A full report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
