Traffic ScotlandA crash on the M8 sparked heavy delays for drivers at rush hour.
Emergency services rushed to the scene on the motorway between junctions 28 and 27 near Glasgow Airport due to the collision.
Lanes 1 and 2 on the road were restricted heading east, with traffic queuing for an hour or so.
Drivers faced delays of more than half an hour on the M8 and around 22 minutes on the A737.
The lanes were cleared just before 10am, Traffic Scotland said.
