Concerns are growing for a missing man who disappeared in an Audi A5 from East Renfrewshire.

Colin Caithness was last seen in the Woodyett Park area of Busby at around 6.20am on Wednesday morning.

At the time of his disappearance, the 54-year-old was wearing a black Hugo Boss jacket, light blue jeans and black trainers.

He is described as white, around 6ft 2in height, of slim build, with white/grey short receding hair.

Colin is known to have connections in the Ayrshire area and is believed to be in possession of a silver Audi A5, with the registration SP67 WXL.

Inspector Gareth Wylie said: “As time passes, our concern for Colin’s welfare continues to grow and we are appealing for anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to come forward.

“If you believe you can assist our enquiries, please contact police on 101, quoting incident 0878 of March 19, 2025.”
