Concern grows for 15-year-old girl missing overnight in East Kilbride Police Scotland

Concern is growing over the welfare of a missing teenager from South Lanarkshire who has not been seen since Sunday afternoon.

Morgan Findlay has not been in contact with any known friends or family since leaving her home address on Eider Place, East Kilbride at around 1.30pm.

It is believed the 15-year-old could have taken a bus to Glasgow and police say she also has contacts in Clydebank and Greenock.

She is described as being around 5ft 2in with a slight build, brown eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights.

When last seen she was wearing a green jumper, blue ripped jeans and black Converse trainers.

Police are now appealing for the public’s help in tracing her.

A spokesman for the force said: “Anyone who has seen Morgan or knows where she is should contact us on 101.”
