A bridge has been closed to all vehicles and pedestrians in Glasgow due to a multi-agency emergency response.
Emergency services attended the scene on the Clyde Arc Bridge around 12.30pm on Monday.
Traffic Control and Management confirmed the bridge was closed in both directions for all vehicles and pedestrians.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service remain in attendance after sending two fire engines and specialist resources to the scene.
STV News understands that the incident is due to concern for a person.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 12.27pm on Monday, October 14 to an incident at the Squinty Bridge in Glasgow.
“Operations Control mobilised two fire appliances and specialist resources to the area.
“Crews are still in attendance.”
Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
