A witness appeal has been launched after charity tins were stolen from a premises in Argyll and Bute.

The break-in occurred on Oban’s High Street between 5.15pm on Friday, November 1, and 12.45am on Saturday, November 2.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.

Constable Colin Oman said: “I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident or who was in the area at the time and may have dash cam or private CCTV footage which could assist to contact us.”

Those with information are urged to contact police via 101, quoting reference 0296 of November 2, 2024.
