CCTV image appeal launched following incident on board train

A CCTV appeal has been launched following an incident on board a Scots train.

British Transport Police is investigating an incident which took place on a train between Wishaw and Glasgow Central Station at around 8am on Wednesday, September 18.

Officers believe the male pictured may have information that could assist with their enquiry.

The male is described as Asian in appearance, between 30 to 40 years old, around 5ft 6in, slim build, with a short dark patchy goatee.

He was wearing a white/grey skip hat with a black bomber jacket, dark blue jeans with a pair of chunky white Nike trainers at the time of the incident.

Those with information are urged to contact British Transport Police by text on 61016 or calling them on 0800 40 50 40 and quoting reference 2400117373.
