CCTV images released as police probe serious assault with intent to rob

Images of three men have been released as part of an investigation into a serious assault with intent to rob in Glasgow.

At around 4.55pm on Thursday, September 30, 2021, a 36-year-old man was seriously assaulted on the Clyde Walkway close to the King George V Bridge in Glasgow.

Police are attempting to trace the three men in the CCTV images as part of their ongoing enquiries into the incident.

Detective Constable Frost of Greater Glasgow CID, said: “I would appeal to the men in the image or anyone who recognises them to contact police via 101 quoting reference number 2317 of Thursday, September 30, 2021. 

“Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
