Police ScotlandA CCTV appeal has been launched following an assault on a street in Ayr.
The incident occurred just after 1am Smith Street on November 17. Police believe the man pictured may be able to assist them with their ongoing enquiries.
He is described as white, 5ft 10” in height, stocky build, bald, aged late 40s to early 50s.
He was wearing a black and white shirt and a blue jacket.
A police spokesperson said: “Officers believe the man shown in the image may have information which could assist them and would urge him, or any members of the public who recognise him, to contact police.
“Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 0432 of 17 November, 2024. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where information can be passed anonymously.”
