CCTV image released of man following St Andrew's Day train station incident

Police say the man may be able to assist in their enquiries into the incident, which occurred at Glasgow Central station.

A CCTV image of a man has been released by the British Transport Police following an incident at Glasgow Central station.

The incident occurred around 6.45pm on Sunday, November 30 at the train station in Glasgow city centre.

Police believe the man, who was wearing a dark baseball cap, a long dark coat and blue trainers, may be able to assist in their enquries.

He is described as white, aged 40 to 50 years old, around 6ft tall of slim build with short dark hair. He was carrying an over the shoulder the bag at the time.

Members of the public who recognise the man are urged to get in touch with officers.
