darrensp via iStockA missing man from South Lanarkshire last seen carrying a golf umbrella has been traced.
Stuart Kerr was last seen on Glasgow Road leaving Chapleton and heading towards Strathaven on foot, around 7.06pm on Tuesday, June 30.
Police confirmed on Thursday morning that the 53-year-old had been traced.
“Thank you to everyone who shared our earlier appeals,” they said.
